Shipping & Delivery

We manage every shipment with the utmost care, because we know how important it is to receive the product within the correct times and in the right way.
We ship throughout Italy by express courier, guaranteeing fast deliveries within 24/48working hours from order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated for customised or made-to-measure products.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport, so that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

All our shipments are insured. In the event of damage, the report must be sent within 15 days of receipt in order to obtain a free replacement.

Shipping Times

Shipments are usually made within one working day, with insurance included. For islands and certain areas, one additional working day may be required.

If you urgently need to receive a product, please contact us: based on your location, we will indicate the actual delivery times. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, but you can collect the parcel from the nearest depot of the carrier used.

Order Processing Times

Order processing times for items available in stock vary from one week for small orders to approximately three weeks for larger ones. We guarantee excellent stock availability thanks to continuous restocking, carried out approximately every twenty days. Preparation times, calculated according to the actual availability of the goods, will in any case be specified in the final order summary.

Shipping Destination

Upon request, the product can be shipped directly to a cremation centre, a veterinary clinic or an address other than the purchaser’s.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive the information needed to track the shipment.

Shipping Costs in Italy

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight/volume ratio of each individual item, with an indicative cost ranging from €0.80 to €2.50 per product. Given the variety of our range, it is not possible to define a fixed cost per product; the following brackets are purely indicative.

From 1 to 10 items: €25.00
From 11 to 20 items: €30.00
From 21 items: starting from €35.00

The actual shipping cost will be provided upon order confirmation.
