Are you a private customer?
You can purchase a selection of dedicated products directly online, without the need to register, in the Private Customers area, in a simple and secure way.
During the purchase, you will be able to:
- choose the product that best suits your needs;
customise it with engravings, colour finishes or a photo of your pet; - pay using the main secure payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Choosing the Urn
You can choose between individual and collective cremation. The first option includes the return of the ashes in a standard container, while the second does not.
To help you choose the most suitable urn, below you will find an indicative table that relates the animal’s body weight to the volume of ashes generated:
up to 4 kg — 0.3 litres
up to 10 kg — 0.5 litres
up to 20 kg — 1 litre
up to 30 kg — 1.5 litres
up to 40 kg — 2 litres
up to 50 kg — 2.5 litres
up to 65 kg — 3 litres
You can also choose to have the urn delivered directly to the cremation centre, avoiding the step of placing the ashes inside. In this case, the cremation facility will take care of it directly.
Choosing the Casket
When choosing the size of the casket, we recommend considering the space your pet usually occupies while sleeping. Once the rigidity that follows death has passed, it is possible to lay the animal in the same position it usually assumes when sleeping.
We suggest taking as a reference the dimensions of the bed or small sleeping area, where the space actually occupied by your pet is smaller than the structure on which it lies.
If you are in an urgent situation and need the product quickly, please remember that it is your right to ask your veterinarian to keep your pet in suitable conditions for a few days after its passing. This allows you to arrange its placement in the way that best suits your choices.
