At Ciao Amico Mio we genuinely produce all our wooden products directly within our workshop in Treviso. Being craftsmen and direct manufacturers allows us to give shape to your ideas and to create entirely custom-made items, developed on the basis of our customers’ specific requests.
How our prototyping service works:
- Sample Production on Request: We create customised samples and prototypes so we can assess every aesthetic and functional detail together before proceeding.
- Cost Reduction:The cost incurred for producing the sample is largely reduced or reabsorbed by subsequently turning the prototype into series production.
- Product Exclusivity:Would you like a unique item for your brand? On request, we offer the possibility of obtaining commercial exclusivity on the item you have conceived and developed together with us.
The photo shows the result of a collaboration with one of our new customers. Captivated by the Memory line, they wanted a solution with a more accessible price positioning without compromising on the quality of the wood.
After analysing their needs, we developed a dedicated prototype with an initial quotation of €39.50 each. Subsequently, by confirming an initial order of just 20 pieces, the customer turned the prototype into production, optimising the unit cost to only €26.50.
This project stems from the request of a new customer who wanted an urn capable of bringing out the warmth and natural grain of the wood, enhanced by the engraving of the Tree of Life.
After analysing their needs, our workshop developed a dedicated prototype at a cost of €44.50 each. The subsequent confirmation of production for a batch of just 10 pieces made it possible to absorb the workmanship costs, reducing the final unit cost to €34.50.
